Foundry Console
Overview
Foundry Console gives supervisors a live view of the floor: what’s running, what’s stopped and what’s being done about it.
Challenge
The information lived in three places: machine controllers, paper shift logs and a maintenance tool. Supervisors pieced it together by walking the floor.

Solution
An integration layer that cleans up machine events, a digital shift log, and a console that links every stoppage to its maintenance ticket.
